Cities around the world will be participating in this annual event to temporarily transform metered parking spaces into “PARKS” – temporary public places. The Indianapolis Parks Foundation will transform 6 parking spaces into a temporary park. Our temporary park will highlight 3 components of Indy Parks and Recreation: • Playgrounds • Greenways • School and Family Programming Come PARK with Us! Join us on Friday, September, 17 on Market Street, between Pennsylvania Street and Delaware Street, and help advocate for the importance of parks and green space in our city.
