12 Noon - Set up of tea tables and Croquet playing fields
1 -2:30 PM The Edward Gorey Epipleptic Bicycle tour will depart from the Waiting Station at 1pm and conclude at 2:30. This is a PRIVATE TOUR and the cost will be divided amongst those that show up. Currently the cost is estimated to be $5 if we get 10 or more people riding. Tom Davis has created this tour especially for us so please also consider tipping our Crown Hill host.
2:30 - 5:30 Afternoon TEA and Poison Croquet
3:00 - 4:00 PRIVATE walking tour "Around the Gothic" will start. Currently the cost is estimated to be $5 if we get 10 or more people. Tom Davis is also leading this tour.
5:30 PM NEW! "Angels of Crown Hill" PUBLIC walking tour (see the sunset!) Angel Visitations ... Crown Hill is home to approximately 30 wonderful angel statues, from delicate marble angels of the Victorian era to very recent angels of granite and bronze. We'll also learn about the families who put them there. (This is a great tour for those wanting to take photos.) Combination walking and driving tour, less than a mile, 1½ - 2 hrs. Usually only available evenings & weekends. $5
6 pm Saturday Evening, October 13th,for a unique evening of GHOST STORIES on the grounds of Crown Hill! Presented in partnership with Storytelling Arts of Indiana. Pack a picnic and a cooler, bring blankets, lawn chairs and flashlights (to find your way back to your car). Gates open at 6:00 p.m.; GHOST STORIES begin at 7:30 p.m. As the evening progresses, the stories will move from child-friendly to stories intended for young adults and adults. In case of rain you'll be covered; the stories will be held under a big tent. TICKETS: $20 for adults and $5 for children ages 5-12.

Croquet and Tea information
We will set up the Crochet and Tea in the picnic area to the North of the Waiting Station. This is inside of the 34th Street gate and a HARD RIGHT at fountain. (See the map in the link above under Crown Hill Info) While groups are welcome to picnic at Crown Hill in the designated areas there are NOT grills, picnic tables or trash receptacles in the picnic areas. Please bring blankets or chairs to sit on and take all your trash out with you. There are restrooms available behind of the historic Gothic Chapel (indoor restrooms attached to the rear of the building).
This event is an all ages event - gothlings, baby bats and other minors welcome with adult supervision.
Vintage and/or retro-futuristic attire required. Please no t-shirts, shorts, or other such modern casual attire. What will make this event *swing* will be the creativity and sense of fun attendees bring to their character and attire.
